Shampoo Sale

One of my favorite sales of the year is happening right now.  Ulta's liter shampoo sale.  Every year after Christmas, Ulta marks down their most popular shampoo & conditioner.  I always stock up on Big Sexy Hair Color Safe Volumizing.  It is my must have hair product.  I have really short hair, so a liter will last me a whole year (you can't beat $12.99 a bottle!).

Every Black Friday, Ulta has their most popular hair sprays on sale for $6.99.  This year I bought 3 bottles of Big Sexy Hair Spray & Play.  These are 2 huge sales that will benefit your wallet and have you stocked up for the year.  Remember that your hair is represented by the products you use.  Low quality products equals low quality hair.  Especially if you color your hair, make sure you are using appropriate products to make the color last and not over dry your ends.  The last thing we all want is our expensive color job fading and costing us more money.

Game Day Inspired Outfit

As of right now I am in my usual Sunday spot, on the couch watching football.  I have been sitting here pondering on what I am going to post about for my first official post.  So here you have it, a football game day inspired outfit.  Yes, I am obsessed with fashion and expensive clothing and labels. But lets be honest, that is not realistic sometimes.  I want to provide tips and advice on how to shop and dress affordable.  You can look expensive without being expensive.  Unfortunately, today I am watching the Carolina Panthers play from my couch and not at the game on this beautiful day.  Above is an outfit that I would have worn.

Please be patient with my blog.  I have been dreaming of doing this for years and have yet to be confident enough to dive in, until now.  The fear keeps running through my head.  What will I talk about?  What if nobody likes my posts?  How am I going to fit this into my schedule?  But I keep telling myself "I can do this!".  I am currently working with a designer for my blog template, logos and getting in touch with photographers to help with pictures. It's a work in progress but I will get there.
